About Me

I am a social and clinical psychologist, currently training as a postdoc scholar in organizational behavior at Cornell University.

I will be starting as assistant professor of organizational behavior at ESCP Turin in July 2024.

I investigate what happens when we reveal aspects of our selves to others, in day-to-day social interactions and in the workplace.

I teach Leadership in Organizations, with a focus on how leaders express themselves and their vision to maximize organizational effectiveness and members’ well-being.

I grew up in Quebec City and Montreal, in Canada, and did my Ph.D. at McGill University.

I love to paint abstract things, write fiction, hike the waterfalls around the Finger Lakes, go to the farmers’ market, teach yoga, dance, and learn languages.

I speak French, English, and Spanish, and I’m learning Italian.
